Alchemist

Alchemist is based on the acclaimed Flux:: dynamic processing algorithms. It features a state-of-the-art IIR crossover with selectable slopes from 18 dB per octave to 54 dB per octave, and variable corner frequencies. Each band has a complete dynamic processing section including compressor, expander, de-compressor and de-expander, with independent Angel’s Share and Hysteresis parameters. A transient processor and a MS controller are also available for each frequency band.

The sound can be processed from a single broadband to five bands. The whole processing is completed with an adjustable soft knee brick-wall limiter. An Auto Delay function allows zero attack times by introducing a delay line in the processed signal. Angel's Share is the parameter controlling the amount of auto-ratio determined by the signal dynamics and the manual ratio setting. Hysteresis is the parameter controlling the amount of auto-threshold determined by the signal dynamics and, the manual threshold value. Angel's Share and Hysteresis are key features of all Flux:: dynamic processors because they make use of the dynamic range content of the signal, and not just the signal levels as standard processors do.

The BitterSweet section, managing transients, may be toggled pre or post processing, using middle, side or stereo modes. Many detection algorithms are available including the original Solera. The MS Width control manages stereo signals. Each dynamic section has independent Hysteresis and Angel's Share parameters. They each have a Hold parameter and a Threshold for Hysteresis. Classic fast, medium and slow modes are available for signal level detection, completing the legacy Solera mode. Various profiles can be selected for detecting the dynamics of the signal. A Maximum mode can be engaged on the Hysteresis control, allowing processing that takes into account maximum values of both the standard and the Hysteresis detection schemes.

Solera II

Solera implements 4 different detectors and envelope generators in parallel and simultaneously.

Compressor, de-compressor, expander and de-expander, which can each be independently controlled. Here are some of the additional key features that make our plug-in the best available for dynamic processing in the digital domain:

Analog-like metering. RMS values are more useful than dB-FS when setting a dynamic processor.

The "Angel's Share" parameter takes into account the signal for intelligent relaxation of the compressor action.

The "Hysteresis" parameter allows independent processing of the sound level and can be mixed with the standard compression scheme.

The Auto Release features a unique algorithm that avoids typical pumping effects.

A delay line can be inserted in the signal path, allowing null attack times.

The A / B Compare and Morphing section enables ultra fast and precise operations.

Dry Mix function to give full control over the dynamic processing amount.

Epure II

Epure II is our State-Of-The-Art Equalizer, a five-band equalizer using one of our most complex proprietary algorithms ensuring the superior quality ever for a digital equalizing processor.

Each section provides:

Filter type that can be set to low cut, low shelving, peak, hi shelving or hi cut

Gain control with the range -24 dB to +24 dB

Frequency range covering the whole bandwidth

Syrah

Syrah is a new generation dynamics processor, which handles the dynamics in a way that allows you to be creative, without a complicated user interface. Utilizing real time dynamic detection and level dependent processing, providing adaptive dynamic capabilities, which mean that Syrah is always trying to adapt to the music and to the beat of the material.

Using parts of our exquisite ‘BitterSweet’ technology, our new adaptive-dynamics technology, and our well-recognized level independent dynamics processing, Syrah will be well suited as a creative versatile processor for recording and mixing, as well as for delicate and demanding mastering tasks.

The Pure Series

Pure Series is the very core of the Flux:: dynamics derived from our flagship Solera II and provided as five single plug-ins for maximum versatility with a classic “one tool for each task” approach to slim the workflow without compromising quality or function.

Pure Compressor

Pure Compressor produces a wide range of compressions from ultra clean subtle compressions to classic heavy pumping ones. It's up to your artistic choices not to the technology limitations.  

Pure DCompressor

Pure DCompressor allows you to restore the original dynamic of a sound. The DCompressor is superior for heavily compressed signal adding some of that natural feeling to the sound.

Pure Expander

Pure Expander produces a wide range of expansion process from subtle expansions to hard noise-gate.  Using Flux:: proprietary Angel's Share and Hysteresis algorithms Pure Expander allows you to remove unwanted noises or reverberation without adding a processed character to your sound.

Pure DExpander

Pure DExpander enhances the low levels of the sound, magnifies the spatialization information and is also very useful when you want a compact expander sound. The Angel's Share algorithm permits some heavy processing though still keeping an organic character with the sound

Pure Limiter

Pure Limiter is using exquisite proprietary Flux:: algorithms generating a release-envelope producing no artifacts on the processed sound achieving a transparent limiting. A dramatic increase of the average audio level is easily achieved without damaging the perceived audio quality of the material.

No nasty registration is required to demo Flux products.

We hope to have found the best compromise between limitations that must feature in a free trial version, and the security system that protect customer's investment. Trial versions contain free trial version for all the Flux:: audio plug-ins, in AudioUnit, VST and RTAS format for Mac and PCs.

Trial Limitations:

2 channels maximum processing (mono or stereo).

1 FS (32 KHz, 44.1 KHz, 48 KHz).

No parameters published to the Host software. So your settings will not be saved in the host software project (composition).

No Automations (so, control surface are not supported).

No presets Save/Recall, Import/Export (only factory presets can be loaded).

No side-chain (for plug-ins that support side-chain).

This version is not time bombed (will not expire in the future) but after 30 minutes of audio processing or UI utilization all the user interface controls will be disabled. The sound will still be processed, allowing you to continue working normally on your project but you will not be able to modify the settings until you restart the plug-in.
