Every plug-in contained in the "Studio Session Pack" uses exactly the same engine as their respective "professional" versions but they have been limited to fit ONLY the need of Music producers that rarely record over 96k, use multi-channel options, etc.

BitterSweet Pro:

BitterSweet Pro is the result of the improved algorithms found in Flux’s acclaimed transient processor freeware, BitterSweet that has been used by hundreds of thousands of users all over the world. One of the main features of BitterSweet Pro is the Frequency Dependent Transient algorithm that provides the ability to process only a certain part of the frequency spectrum. It makes it act like a dynamic equalizer driven by Transients and/or Sustain.

Epure V3:

Epure v3 is a state-of-the-art five-band equalizer designed to provide the absolute finest audio quality within the domain of digital audio processing. It was carefully tuned to preserve the optimal signal to noise ratio independent of the parameter settings. This is a cutting-edge tool created to meet the needs of demanding audio professionals when it comes equalizing and filtering tasks.

Ircam Verb Session:

VERB Session is based on the same technology used in the acclaimed IRCAM VERB algorithmic room acoustics and reverberation processor. With a modular construction technique employing a recursive filtering reverb engine, it reproduces and synthesizes specific acoustic characteristics of any spatial sound environment. It capitalizes on the many years of experience and research of the Acoustic and Cognitive Spaces Team at the IRCAM R&D centre in Paris.

Pure Compressor V3:

The Pure Compressor Plug-in offers everything you would expect from a compressor, ranging from clean transparent subtle processing to classic heavy pumping.

Pure Expander V3:

Pure Expander is a powerful versatile processor capable of anything from mild expansion to hard noise gating, perfectly suited for soft downward expansion. It can clean up spillage on (live) recordings, remove noise, reverberation and leakage from drum sessions. Pure Expander is designed to automatically reduce the gain below the threshold, providing full control over the incoming audio signal.

Pure Limiter V3:

Pure Limiter makes transparent limiting easy. A dramatic increase of the average audio level can now be accomplished without damaging the perceived audio quality. The Flux:: technology assures that there are no artefacts on the processed sounds. Unless you use it as a special effect, Pure Limiter v3 should always be set in the very last stage of your audio processing chain.

Syrah V3:

Syrah V3 handles the dynamics in a way that allows you to be creative, without a complicated user interface. Syrah is a next generation dynamics processor that uses real-time detection and level dependent processing with true adaptive dynamic capabilities. Syrah is always trying to adapt its processing to the music and to the rhythm of the audio signal. Using parts of the exquisite ‘BitterSweet’ technology, new adaptive-dynamics technology, and Flux:: well-recognized level independent dynamics processing, Syrah will be well suited as a creative versatile processor for recording and mixing, as well as for delicate and demanding mastering tasks.

In order to use the software, an iLok.com user account is required (the iLok USB Smart Key is not required).
