The TH1 sports a 4th generation amplifier and analog emulation engine for the warmest, most dynamic response from your instrument or tracks.

SLR (Seamless Live Remodeling) technology morphs between two amplifier models. Not a mere blend control: it actually builds, in real time, a new hybrid model virtually made up from components which gradually get closer to one or the other amp’s characteristics, extremely widening the amplifier tone possibilities in TH1.

Exclusive proprietary technology: VariFire, a gain-character control for expanded distortion color control

Move microphones freely on all three axis; a studio-like experience unheard of before. You even have phasing effects when blending two microphones on the same cabinet.

Advanced cabinet recreation with ReSPiRe (Real Sound Pressure Response) technology: it’s almost like staying in front of a very loud amplifier.

Reverbs are a reduced-parameters version of BREVERB, our digitally modeled rendition of one of the most sought-after studio reverberation units of all times.

Intelligent stereo handling: the signal path turn to stereo when it makes sense, optimizing CPU cycles, but leaves you freedom to choose if to have a stereo rig after a chorus stomp-box or keep it ‘real’ with a mono output.

MIDI Control

Many guitarists own a MIDI pedal board or some kind of keyboard or knob/fader based MIDI controller.

The flexibility of TH1's own MIDI Bindings preference panel allows for simple or very deep and detailed realt-time editing from a remote MIDI hardware, be it at home, in the studio, on rehearsal or on stage.

ANY MIDI Controller, even the oldest ones, can possibly turn into a powerful management system when coupled with proper settings in the MIDI Bindings page.

The Overloud TH1 supports both AU, RTAS and VST Plug-in formats on Mac OSX based systems. Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard is supported.

Pentium® III 1GHz / Athlon™XP 1GHz with 512MB of RAM, Windows® XP, 1024x768 screen. The Overloud TH1 supports the VST and RTAS Plug-in format on Windows based systems. Windows VISTA is supported.
